BHAKTAPUR: Police arrested 13 individuals for gambling in two separate incidents in Bhaktapur. In the first incident, 10 people, including 42-year-old Phurba Thing of Sindhuli’s Marin Rural Municipality, were apprehended while playing cards at a snack shop in Chapacho, Madhyapur Thimi Municipality.
