Aborted landings due to Army helicopter near Reagan airport 'unacceptable,' top official says

US transportation secretary Sean Duffy has condemned the near-miss incident at Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport, where two commercial planes aborted landings due to an Army Black Hawk helicopter.
