Iron ore output soars 15% for NMDC in April, pellet production sets new record

NMDC, India's largest iron ore producer, showcased a strong performance in April, achieving a 15% increase in iron ore production, reaching 4 million tonnes. Sales also saw a rise of 3%, totaling 3.63 million tonnes. NMDC Steel Limited, its demerged arm, reported an 8.5% month-on-month increase in hot metal output.
