Macrotech Developers to launch Rs 19,000-crore housing projects in FY26 amid robust demand

Macrotech Developers, known as Lodha, plans to launch residential projects. These projects are worth Rs 19,000 crore. The launches will occur in Mumbai, Pune, and Bengaluru. The company aims to capitalize on housing demand. Macrotech will invest over Rs 8,000 crore in land acquisition. They target revenue of Rs 25,000 crore from these projects.
