5 Virginia prison guards are injured by inmates accused of being MS-13 members

At Wallens Ridge State Prison in Virginia, a violent attack by inmates, predominantly MS-13 gang members who entered the US illegally, injured five guards. Three guards were stabbed and required medical treatment.
