14 children released after being arrested for teen’s 'manslaughter' in England

Northumbria Police released fourteen children on bail. They were arrested after a teenager died in a fire in Gateshead. The victim is believed to be Layton Carr, age fourteen. He was reported missing earlier. Locals say children often enter the unsecured industrial site. A GoFundMe page is helping Layton’s mother, Georgia, with funeral costs.
