SC lists PIL challenging Waqf Amendment Act for hearing on May 15 by next CJI

The Supreme Court has scheduled a hearing on May 15, before a bench led by CJI-designate B R Gavai, to address petitions challenging the constitutionality of the Waqf Amendment Act, 2025.
