Burundi orders new rights body to 'fight' UN envoy

Burundi's parliament has appointed a new human rights commission with a mandate to counter the UN's rights envoy, following the exile of the previous head who criticized the government. The new commission, led by a bishop known for opposing the opposition, faces accusations of being politically biased and lacking human rights experience.
