Water dispute: Supreme Court directs Punjab, Haryana to work with Centre for amicable resolution

The Supreme Court has instructed Punjab and Haryana to collaborate with the central government to resolve the long-standing Sutlej-Yamuna Link (SYL) canal dispute. The court has granted both states until August 13 to find a mutually agreeable solution.
