Death Metal guitarist shot dead by police

In San Francisco, Brian Montana, guitarist for the death metal band Possessed, was fatally shot by police after a violent confrontation with a neighbor over a tree dispute. Montana allegedly opened fire on officers, leading to a 25-minute gunfight. A neighbor was injured, but no officers were hurt. Possessed mourned Montana, remembering him as a kind person amidst his struggles.
