Delhi schools to hold disaster mock drills amid national alert; DoE mandates training, participation in ‘Operation Abhyaas’

Following heightened tensions and recent terror attacks, the Delhi Directorate of Education has mandated disaster response training in schools. A city-wide mock drill, 'Operation Abhyaas,' will simulate emergencies at 55 locations, involving students, teachers, and various civil defense organizations. Schools must submit reports and photos of the drill, emphasizing safety and preparedness.
