Mohanlal's 'Thudarum' has surpassed his own blockbuster 'Pulimurugan' to become the sixth highest-grossing Malayalam film ever, earning ₹79.85 crore. Directed by Tharun Moorthy, the emotional family drama resonated with audiences in Kerala and overseas. 'Thudarum' also achieved significant success in North America, crossing $1 million, fueled by Mohanlal's popularity and the growing overseas market for Malayalam cinema, collecting over ₹11.
