Routematic, a B2B ride services company, has secured $40 million in funding led by Fullerton Carbon Action Fund and Shift4Good. The company intends to utilize the funds to strengthen its business and accelerate its IPO plans. Routematic's AI-powered platform optimizes employee commutes across 23 Indian cities and plans to expand overseas and deepen its presence in major Indian cities.
