Focus on Maharashtra local body polls, symbol issue later: Supreme Court to UBT
Posted
The Supreme Court has advised the Shiv Sena (UBT) faction to concentrate on the upcoming Maharashtra local body elections. This came after their plea for an urgent hearing regarding the 'bow and arrow' symbol allocation to the Eknath Shinde group was declined. The court suggested focusing on the elections, noting that local voters often don't prioritize party symbols.
