Bosnia's wanted Serb leader Dodik arrives in Moscow
Posted
Bosnian Serb leader Milorad Dodik arrived Thursday in Moscow to attend Victory Day celebrations, despite an arrest warrant against him over accusations he flouted the divided Balkan nation's constitution.
