Indian-American student Jay Sani attacked for wearing MAGA hat: 'You had a chance in November to oust him'

Indian-American student Jay Sani, a Washington State University engineering student, was assaulted by staff member Patrick Mahoney for wearing a 'Trump 2024' hat. The incident occurred near campus bar, The Coug, where Mahoney allegedly grabbed and threw Sani's hat and, with another individual, physically attacked him. "You had a chance in November to oust him, but you didn't," Sani wrote on his Facebook post referring to President Donald Trump.
