Syria's president visits Bahrain, discusses regional affairs with king

Syrian President Ahmad al-Sharaa met with Bahrain's King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa. They talked about strengthening ties and regional stability. This visit occurred before US President Donald Trump's planned trip. Al-Sharaa has also visited other Arab nations and Europe. Syria is seeking the removal of Western sanctions. Arab nations may fund Syria's reconstruction.
