A former SpaceX employee, Douglas Altshuler, is suing the company, alleging he was wrongfully terminated due to his Crohn's disease, which required frequent bathroom visits. Despite providing medical documentation, Altshuler claims supervisors tracked his toilet breaks and threatened termination.
