Putin's proposed Ukraine talks 'not enough': Macron
نشر بتاريخ
Emmanuel Macron stated that Vladimir Putin's offer for direct talks between Russia and Ukraine is insufficient. This follows calls from Kyiv and European allies for a 30-day ceasefire. Macron believes Putin is seeking to buy time. He emphasized the need for an unconditional ceasefire before any discussions. Macron also expressed doubt about Ukraine accepting talks in Istanbul, citing past experiences.
