A tragic incident occurred in Sri Lanka. A passenger bus veered off a cliff in the tea-growing region. Twenty-one people lost their lives in the accident. At least fourteen others sustained injuries. The accident took place near Kotmale, east of Colombo. The bus, operated by a state-run company, had nearly fifty passengers.
