Thudarum becomes the second biggest Malayalam hit

Mohanlal's latest film, Thudram, has surpassed his own L2: Empuraan to become the second highest-grossing Malayalam film ever, earning Rs 105.95 crore in India within 20 days. Despite competition from other regional releases, Thudram's strong performance and positive word-of-mouth have propelled it to success. Manjummel Boys still holds the top spot with Rs 141.61 crore.
