KATHMANDU: The government has declared seven wards across two municipalities in Kanchanpur as disaster-hit areas. Minister for Communications, Information and Technology, Prithvi Subba Gurung, informed that a Cabinet meeting held recently made the decision in view of the upcoming monsoon season.
