Initially deemed haunted and unwanted, the sea-facing bungalow was first purchased by Rajendra Kumar, who renamed it Dimple and experienced immense success. Later, Rajesh Khanna acquired the property, renaming it Aashirwad, which became a symbol of his superstardom. After Khanna's death, the iconic bungalow was sold for a staggering Rs 90 crore.
