NIA arrests two ISIS sleeper cell fugitives at Mumbai airport in 2023 IED Case

NIA apprehended two ISIS fugitives, Abdullah Faiyaz Shaikh and Talha Khan, at Mumbai airport upon their return from Jakarta. They were wanted in connection with a 2023 Pune IED case. The suspects, who had evaded capture for two years, are accused of plotting to destabilize India and establish Islamic rule, having assembled and tested IEDs in Pune.
