Chad: Ex-PM Masra arrested over deadly clashes

Chad's former Prime Minister, Succes Masra, was arrested on Friday, accused of inciting hatred linked to the deaths of 42 people in Logone Occidental province. Prosecutor Oumar Mahamat Kedelaye cited investigations pointing to Masra's involvement in the clash. Masra's party claims he was "kidnapped" and decries the arrest as a violation of his rights.
