Setback for AAP in Delhi MCD as 13 councillors quit party, float new 'Indraprastha Vikas Party'

In a setback for the Aam Aadmi Party, 13 MCD councillors resigned, forming the Indraprastha Vikas Party, citing lack of development and internal strife.
