Uttarakhand CM Dhami launches e-Rupi system, agricultural policies

Uttarakhand Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami launched the 'e-Rupi' system, a digital payment initiative for farmers, alongside four agricultural policies aimed at boosting the state's agricultural sector.
