New salmonella outbreak tied to same Florida grower with tainted cucumbers last year

US health officials are probing a new salmonella outbreak linked to Florida-grown cucumbers from Bedner Growers, distributed by Fresh Start Produce Sales. At least 26 people across 15 states have fallen ill, with nine hospitalizations reported. The tainted cucumbers, sold between April 29 and May 19, may still be on shelves.
