'Criminal act': North Korea says 'serious accident' occurred during warship launch ceremony

North Korean leader Kim Jong-un has condemned a shipyard accident during the launch of a 5,000-ton destroyer in Chongjin, labeling it a "criminal act." He attributed the mishap, which crushed sections of the warship's bottom, to "inexperience command and operational carelessness."
