'Criminal act': North Korea says 'serious accident' occurred during warship launch ceremony

North Korean leader Kim Jong-un has condemned a shipyard accident during the launch of a 5,000-ton destroyer in Chongjin, labeling it a "criminal act." He attributed the mishap, which crushed sections of the warship's bottom, to "inexperience command and operational carelessness." Kim, who witnessed the event, indicated consequences for those responsible at an upcoming party meeting.
