Honda announces massive Rs 920 crore investment to expand capacity at Vithalapur plant

Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India (HMSI) is significantly expanding its Vithalapur plant in Gujarat with a Rs 920 crore investment. This expansion will boost the plant's annual production capacity by 650,000 units, reaching a total of 2.61 million by 2027. The move is expected to generate 1,800 new jobs and help HMSI meet rising demand in the Indian two-wheeler market.
