No runway lights, weather system wasn't working: What we know so far about San Diego plane crash

A Cessna 550 Citation crashed near San Diego's Montgomery-Gibbs Executive Airport, likely killing six, including music executive Dave Shapiro. The crash occurred in heavy fog with runway lights out and a disabled weather alert system.
