Malaysia slams 'double standards' on Gaza atrocities

Malaysia's foreign minister Mohamad Hasan criticized the Gaza situation at an Asean meeting. He highlighted indifference and double standards towards Palestinians. Hasan pointed to the erosion of international law. He urged Asean to address the issue. Malaysia has provided over $10 million in aid to Gaza since October 2023. The conflict began after a Hamas attack on Israel.
