Donald Trump has declared a victory in his libel lawsuit against the Pulitzer Prize Board, after a Florida appellate court denied the board's request to suspend proceedings. The lawsuit concerns the 2018 Pulitzer Prizes awarded to The New York Times and The Washington Post for their reporting on the Trump campaign's alleged ties to Russia.
