Arrangements to be made for extraction and export of stones, gravel, and sand

KATHMANDU: The government will make provisions for the extraction and export of stones, gravel, and sand. Presenting the budget, Finance Minister Bishnu Poudel announced that river-based and mined materials will be extracted, utilized, and exported following an environmental impact assessment. The budget also emphasizes giving priority to the production and export of domestically sourced materials.
