Posted
ETS has announced major updates to the TOEFL iBT test, introducing AI-driven features, adaptive testing, and modern academic content to enhance fairness, speed, and accessibility. Beginning May 30, 2025, at-home testing will see streamlined support, while January 2026 will bring real-time adaptive sections and dual scoring with CEFR alignment. Upgraded test center equipment and expanded prep resources further support students. These changes aim to provide a more personalized and globally relevant testing experience.
