Youths sue Trump admin over US climate orders

Twenty-two young Americans have filed a lawsuit against the Trump administration, alleging that executive orders promoting fossil fuel development and dismantling climate protections infringe upon their fundamental rights to life and liberty. The lawsuit, filed in Montana, targets orders that aim to accelerate oil, gas, and coal extraction while hindering clean energy projects.
