Supreme Court initiates criminal contempt proceedings against YouTuber for remarks against judge

The Supreme Court has initiated criminal contempt proceedings against YouTube journalist Ajay Shukla for making defamatory remarks against Justice Surya Kant. Shukla's video attributed motives and made unfounded allegations against Justice Kant, who is next in line to become the CJI.
