'Not a binary choice': SC quashes Bombay HC order to demolish park to revive 100-year-old lake

The Supreme Court has overturned a Bombay High Court ruling, allowing Mumbai's Municipal Corporation to maintain a theme garden built on the site of the former Khajuria lake. The court directed the MCGM to preserve the park for public use and explore creating a new water body nearby.
