A devastating fire at a Hamburg hospital, Marienkrankenhaus, claimed the lives of three patients and left over thirty injured. The blaze erupted in the geriatric ward on the ground floor, quickly spreading smoke throughout the four-story building. Firefighters rescued people from windows, battling the flames and evacuating a section of the hospital.
