Uttarakhand police swiftly apprehended two chain snatchers in Haridwar, thanks to clear CCTV footage. The culprits, identified as house painters with prior offenses, were caught following a recent crime spree. Police recovered stolen jewelry, weapons, and cash. In related news, Haridwar police also solved two Roorkee theft cases, arresting three repeat offenders and recovering stolen goods.
