Around an hour past midnight, Shreyas Iyer hit four sixes, looting 26 runs from the 19th over bowled by rookie Ashwani Kumar of Mumbai Indians (MI) to take Punjab Kings (PBKS) to their first IPL final in 11 years. PBKS defeated MI by five wickets in the rain-affected Qualifier 2 to seal their final spot, where they will lock horns against Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB) at the Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad on Tuesday.
