Aakash moves NCLT to implead EY, alleges conflict in Byju’s petition
Posted
Aakash Educational Services Ltd (AESL) has petitioned the NCLT, Bengaluru, to dismiss Byju's petition, alleging a conflict of interest involving Ernst & Young (EY) and partner Ajay Shah. AESL claims EY's past advisory roles in challenged transactions compromise the Resolution Professional's independence. The plea includes internal communications and accusations of suppressed facts and procedural lapses.
