Who is Izz al-Din al-Haddad? Hamas’ likely new chief after IDF eliminated Muhammad Sinwar

Izz al-Din al-Haddad is poised to potentially lead Hamas after recent Israeli airstrikes eliminated key commanders, including Muhammad Sinwar.
