SC panel lens on encroachments in Ranthambore

The Supreme Court has established a three-member committee to tackle increasing encroachments, pilgrim activity, and mining concerns within Rajasthan's Ranthambore Tiger Reserve. Responding to environmental activist Sanjay Kumar's plea, the SC has also suspended all mining operations in the reserve's core area and any illegal mining within the park.
