Putin strikes after warning Trump: Russia drone strikes kill 5 in Ukraine's Pryluky; injure 17 in Kharkiv

Russian drone attacks struck Ukrainian cities. Pryluky faced an overnight attack, resulting in five deaths, including a child. Six others were wounded. Kharkiv was also hit, leaving seventeen injured, among them children and a pregnant woman. The attacks targeted residential areas. Peace talks between Ukraine and Russia occurred in Istanbul. Russia declined a ceasefire.
