NAWALPARASI: A diversion constructed at Dumkibas in Nawalparasi (Bardaghat-Sustapur) along the Narayangadh-Butwal road section has been completely washed away by flooding, disrupting traffic in the area. The temporary road over the Dumkibas River in Binayi Triveni Rural Municipality-1 was swept away by floodwaters this afternoon, halting movement on both sides.
