A new toolkit, developed by The George Institute for Global Health and Rutgers University, aims to transform India's approach to malnutrition by mapping and understanding food environments. Piloted in India and Cambodia, the "Food Environment Toolbox" includes seven practical tools to assess food availability, affordability, and access.
