Prime Minister Narendra Modi conveyed his greetings on Eid ul-Adha, emphasising harmony and peace. Large gatherings were observed at Delhi's Jama Masjid for Eid prayers, initiating the celebrations. Eid al-Adha, or the festival of sacrifice, commemorates Prophet Ibrahim's devotion and involves prayers, charity, and animal sacrifice, symbolising faith and compassion.
