WFI suspends 30 overage wrestlers for breaching rules; coach handed lifetime ban

The Wrestling Federation of India (WFI) has suspended 30 junior wrestlers for age fraud, following complaints of fake Delhi birth certificates used to compete. Two overage wrestlers even won medals at the Khelo India Games. Additionally, Haryana coach Sanjay Lather was suspended for life after a sexual harassment complaint during the same event.
