Manipur violence: Congress targets PM Modi; says he has 'abdicated responsibility'

Following renewed violence in Manipur after the arrest of a Meitei leader, Congress leaders, including Priyanka Gandhi Vadra, have strongly criticized the BJP government and PM Modi's handling of the crisis.
